how do you get the darkness just right i keep trying to do a dark manip and im failing...

Hi my friend,
you can make any picture darker, just follow these steps
open your Adobe Photoshop and go to >>Image>>Adjustments>>Variations(the last one) then you will see on the left below DARKER
